BOAT HOIST |

In the Town of Otsego, Village of Cooperstown, we have a motel on the lake which has a very large boat hoist for a tour boat. We are attempting to determine its value. CELL TOWERS/ANTENNAE |

Our firm is performing a consulting assignment just west of Saratoga. The nature of this assignment requires us to find cell towers or tall antennae, seek sales of adjacent or nearby improved residential properties, and analyze these sales before and after the tower(s) was/were erected. I have found several towers in rural areas with little to no data, but nothing near more densely populated residential neighborhoods / subdivisions. Are there any assessors out there who can cite an example or two for this frustrated appraiser? If yes, kindly include any identifying markers (i.e. street address, tax map number, date of certificate of occupancy / construction completion, etc.) that you have readily available. Sites in Saratoga County are preferable, but beggars can’t be too choosey as we need to go where data exists. Thank you all for your consideration!!
