As a free service to our membership, the New York State Assessors' Association (NYSAA) is proud to offer you an opportunity to obtain an e-mail address that identifies your association with our professional association.  The selection of the name is left up to you so long as it has not already been taken (i.e., Assessor@nyassessor.com) and so long as it is in good taste. This service is available only to members of the NYSAA.

In order to obtain your new account, provide the webmaster@nyassessor.com with the following information:

Your name
Municipality
Phone number (incl Area Code)
Current e-mail address
Current e-mail software (i.e., Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Netscape, AOL, etc.)
Your choice name for your "@nyassessor.com" address

You will receive, in as little as two business days, a password and a step-by-step set of instructions on how to access your new account.
